KVKK Disclosure Notice

Pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Öznuray Tekstil San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Company"), acting as the data controller, would like to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. 1. Data Controller

   Your personal data is processed by Öznuray Tekstil San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. 2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

   Your personal data obtained through our website is processed for the following purposes:

   • Evaluating and responding to your quote, sample and partnership requests;
   • Establishing and maintaining customer/supplier relationships;
   • Carrying out our commercial activities in compliance with applicable legislation;
   • Following up and resolving requests and complaints.

3. 3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

   Through the contact form, we process identity and contact data such as your full name, company/brand name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message content. Transaction security data such as your IP address and browser information related to your use of the Site may also be processed.

4. 4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

   Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill out the contact form on our website. This data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that "processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and that "processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller".

5. 5. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred

   Your personal data may be transferred, subject to and limited by the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorised public institutions and organisations within the scope of our legal obligations, to judicial/administrative authorities upon request, and to service providers supporting our website's technical infrastructure (such as our hosting provider).

6. 6. Rights of the Data Subject

   Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the following rights by applying to our Company:

   • To learn whether your personal data is being processed;
   • To request information if it has been processed;
   • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose;
   • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad;
   • To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly;
   • To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK;
   • To request notification of correction, deletion and destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
   • To object to the emergence of a result against you by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
   • To request compensation for damages in the event you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

7. 7. Method of Application

   You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents verifying your identity, in writing to our Company via the address or e-mail listed on our contact page. Your request will be resolved within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
